What is your returns policy?

I accept returns on all non-customised items. If wish to return your product for what ever reason, drop me a message with 14 days of receiving you item. All returns must be sent in their original condition.

How long does it take to ship internationally (outside the UK)?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-2 weeks (excluding periods such as Christmas), but please allow up to 4 weeks for your item(s) to be delivered due to customs.

What is your processing time?

Orders usually take between 1- 5 working days to create, prior to dispatch as most items I make is handmade to order. During busier periods such as Christmas, please allow up to 5 working days prior to dispatch.
